"What Are Your Thoughts on TRT?"

When I was 15 years old I cured myself from the sugar-eating illness known as hypoglycemia. After waking early each morning, I ate the sugary sweet Standard American Diet (SAD).


From that point on, every part of my day was fucked. One second I’d be bouncing off the walls, the next I’d be drooling on my desk in the back of class.  At lunch, nothing satisfied my hunger, or I just didn’t have an appetite. I didn’t know if I wanted to kill someone or just hang out with a friend.


It took a Biology 101 book to teach me that I had to quit sugar. Every other teen who missed this lesson ended up medicated to high hell. I’m 48 now, and half of my peers are already dead, no doubt from a lifetime of meds and hormone replacement therapy (HRT) that followed into their adult years.


I replaced my detrimental, sugary eating habits with a high-protein diet, sprinkled with honey and stevia to get my sweet fix without ravaging my blood sugar. My focus came on like a Marine Sniper and led to a lifetime of studying chemistry, hormones, and organic synthesis.


Throughout this process, I learned a hell of a lot about how hormones work in relation to diet. I also discovered potent plant extracts that rewire and prime the body for muscle growth, focus, aggression, and fat loss.  They’re also a shield against bitchassness and helicopter-parenting that has become the norm courtesy of whack hormones…


That was 33 years ago. Ever since then, 3 ingredients have been my “go-to” hormone optimizers.


But first… you MUST know that the most important hormones in your body are those that control mood, energy, libido hunger, metabolism, and muscle growth.


They are:


  • Insulin
  • Glucagon
  • Testosterone
  • Dihydrotestosterone (the Holy Grail of hormones for libido and athletic performance)
  • Human growth hormone


I call these our “live young hormones.”


Contrary to what Big Pharma, doctors, and juiced-up personal trainers have been parroting for 30 years, the benefits of these hormones have nothing to do with their relative amounts in your blood. Instead, it has everything to do with their balance, output, and sensitivity (BOS) throughout the day. That’s why hormone testing is a waste of time and nothing more than a finely-tuned trap to get you hooked on meds and HRT.


When hormones are low, the body responds with higher sensitivity at the receptor sites on the squishy surface of your cells. When hormones are high, it responds with lower sensitivity. (This is like a drunk who needs more and more alcohol just to feel a buzz.) Depending on our needs for hunger, mood, and energy, our hormone output comes and goes.


Most people have lost hormone BOS due to:


  • Cane sugar
  • Alcohol
  • Artificial sweeteners
  • Snacking
  • Excessive daily meals
  • Synthetic chemicals masquerading as vitamins (like manmade vitamin D, C, and E)
  • Fluoridated water and toothpaste
  • Lack of sunshine
  • Fortified breads, pizza doughs, and tortillas (commonly used in restaurants) poisoned with thiamine, folic acid, and calcium


These assaults to our diet slowly erode the proper hormone balance, output, and sensitivity. Most people feel it in the form of depression, fatigue, poor sex drive, and loss of focus. If you’ve ever said “I’m tired” upon waking, or felt slow and lethargic in broad daylight, you might be falling victim to one or more of these hormone-wrecking “foods” or habits.


Many doctors and trainers chirp useless advice about testosterone levels, and cheer you on to take TRT. But that’s a sure-fire way to get to the grave sooner, as it’s proven to double the risk of cardiovascular disease. This has been confirmed by swath of Youtube bodybuilders who have fallen over dead after ranting about the importance of post-workout protein, which is also bullshit for anyone trying to maximize their power to weight ratio.


There’s no reason to trade years of your life just to satisfy a hormone level test for your doctor. There’s a better way:




Three things attack our “live young hormones”:


  1. The conversion of testosterone to estrogen
  2. Weakened hormone sensitivity
  3. Poor conversion of testosterone to dihydrotestosterone


It has nothing to do with the doctor’s diagnosis of “low testosterone.”  Abstaining from the above assaults, while adding a blend of sarsaparilla extract, fenugreek saponins, and Eurycoma longifolia (known as tongkat ali) (all found in Raw T), is proven to stop all of these attacks on your hormones. As an added bonus, you’ll also control blood sugar, boost libido, lower your triglycerides (fat levels in the blood), and slow aging (as seen by a lower A1C test).
